Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for actuarial valuations (local & CIFRS) including RBC
  • Leads the team to perform the experience studies and provide recommendations including dividends
  • Conduct business planning, monitoring and forecasting
  • Be responsible for product development and pricing, reinsurance negotiation and management
  • Develop premiums and benefits for new and enhanced life insurance and annuity products
  • Prepare studies of financial experience
  • Analyse matching of assets and liabilities including developing optimal investment strategy
  • Quantify company risk exposure and proposes ways to minimize risk
  • Perform actuarial research and statistical analyses
  • Close coordination with Product Development & Customer Insights and Transformation office in the design new products and product features
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher 
  • Management experience required
  • Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) Designation
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English communication
