We manage marketing databases for large Australian and New Zealand companies, operating in Telecommunications, Insurance and Banking, Automotive and Energy. As part of our team, you will be supporting a growing client base in Australia, New Zealand and throughout Asia.

Campaign Monitoring and Supporting (Night Shift) 

About the Role 

• Responsible for monitoring daily execution of marketing campaigns, identifying failures and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Setting up schedules to run scripts using various scheduling platforms including defining job plans, setting up dependencies, priorities and monitoring daily job executions.
• Utilising ticket management systems such as JIRA & Autotask to pick up and work on incoming requests.
• Utilising SQL and Unix shell scripts to troubleshoot issues, read logs and identify reasons for failures.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on issues, root cause analysis and resolution.

Qualification 

• Thai national ONLY
• 1-2 years of same or relevant experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in IT 
• Strong in SQL and relational database
• Experience using the ticketing system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent Coordinator and Good command in English 
• Marketing Automation tool knowledge is a Plus
• Able to work in an overnight shift
