Call Center Agent (Thai Skill)

• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ของทางบริษัทที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า ผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อหลักของบริษัทฯ
• บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อของลูกค้า และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับในระบบการทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
• รับแจ้งและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของลูกค้าที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการต่างๆ ของบริษัท พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ติดตามพร้อมแจ้งผลการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและบริการให้ลูกค้าทราบ
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Call Center Agent (English Skill)

• Handling customer’s inquiries/requests/compliant with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes (English and Thai language)
• Maintain and update the necessary information for customer into related system with accurately
• Follow up on customer requests/issues or escalate to supervisors when needed according to department processes
• Coordinate with related departments to get the requests done with in SLAs
• Other duties assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree
• 0-2 years’ experiences in call center or customer service field
• Good customer handling skill, problem solving skill, strong customer oriented
• Ability to effectively coordinate with internal & external customers, good negotiation skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Computer literacy (MS office)
• Able to work on shift schedule
