We are looking for Call Center who is proficiently provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. This position is required candidate who speaks English fluently and another position for Vietnamese speaking.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answering phones or chat from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Process returns and repairs including scheduling repairs, creating work orders and return material authorizations, issuing credit memos, resolving invoicing issues and tracking shipments
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field 
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Call Center
  • Excellent English communication is a MUST (proven academic English test is required)
  • Able to communicate in Vietnamese fluently (1 position) 
  • Strong communication skills and flair for understanding and handling customer request with compassion and efficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
