Acts as assistance to project manager to execute and conduct assigned projects as well as coordinate for the projects being assigned. Responsible for facilitating the review session of business plan and preparing the data and reports from SAS Program and other data sources.

• Project Coordinator:
Support, coordinate, and facilitate all tasks related to projects being assigned. / Work as part of the project team on the tasks being assigned, such as data collection, workflow development, etc.

• Business Planning:
Follow up the progress of business/action plan; analyze/monitor/ keep track the progress of each department’s plan, develop contingency plan (if needed), and assist department/unit to solve the issues in order to meet plan. / Review of historical data, determining the activities for year and forecasting the resources required • Authority Rule: Check and monitor delegation of authority rule. / Keep record and document in file

• Preparing the data and reports from SAS Program and other data sources to support project:
Verify the data required of the end user in order to generate the report per end user request. / Set up and verify report template and generate data for end use, especially overdue and provision related report. / Pinpoint the issue upon on hand data for further analyze of each business unit. / Support information for monthly company budgeting vs. actual report. / Generate regular reports as daily, weekly and monthly basis


  • Age not over 35 years. 
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business, or related fields 
  • At least 2 years working experience in project management and product development 
  • Experience in researching to find the new business options 
  • Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing 
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office 
  • Analytical skill & Presentation skill 
  • Being summarize and reporting skill 
  • Able to work under pressure and limited timeline 
  • Strongly communication & problem-solving skills 
  • Being creative & innovative ·
