Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Analysis 

- Design and develop business performance analysis and visualization system.
- Story-telling based performance report/dashboard which is intuitive with multiple stakeholder views
- Responsible for a large suite of recurring performance-oriented reports including weekly , monthly , yearly and ad-hoc reporting package with accuracy, speed and analysis.

Business Performance Management 

- Information presented in a format which aids decision-making for management and decision-makers
- Ability to discern patterns or trends from organized information
- Answer key business questions by generating business insights, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Generate actionable recommendations and Insights for leadership team to close gaps

Qualification and Experience

• Business administration,Finance, , Statistic ,Computer Science or Data Science background is a plus.
• 5-10 years’ experience in Business analytics & Digital marketing
• 5-8 years continuous experience in data/financial/performance analytic
• Analytical experience in financial ,conten tor business performance
• Desirable overall understanding of the P&L and other financial reports
• Must have the ability to analyze and visualize financial and business performance data 
• Creativity in data visualizations is required.
• Provide regular weekly, monthly, yearly and adhocbusiness performance report.
• Prepare concise reports to assist management in understanding financial and business performance updated status and critical point.
• Proficient in Microsoft Advanced Excel , dashboard generated software capabilities and ability to learn multiple reporting systems.
• Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines Demonstrated or proven:
