These are your main duties:

• Handle Company Establishment, DBD, FBL and BOI matters with support of the management together with our Senior Business Lawyer
• Co-ordinate and handle legal cases 
• Join and/or conduct negotiations with international clients and Thai authorities
• Draft and review legal contracts, applications and shareholder decisions

These are the skills you should bring with you:

• Very good English skills and some semesters of studies abroad are of advantage
• Bachelor degree in Thai law and Lawyer License
• Experience in handling business law or at least interships are of advatage 
• Proactive personality; polite and excellent manners 
• Very good organization skills
• Determined mindset and showing persistence to contact potential clients
