The successful candidate will be a part of founding team in Thailand and will be responsible for sales activities in all channels as well as creating business strategies to build and increase the sales revenue.

Description
- Develop Local Sales Team to increase and achieve Distributor Sales Target for Thailand.
- Create and develop strategy for Distributor Sales including pricing, contracting, network building, and team management.
- Contribute on training campaigns and take part on improving Distributor Sales Channel.
- Arrange costing and sourcing on tender stage.
- Arrange meetings regarding business planning to build the support for Partners and Distributors.
- Take part on the performance management and development by preparing both yearly and quarterly review as well as other relevant reports.
- Work closely with potential customers from General Industries at all levels to understand and leverage requirements and management business issues.
- Achieve all revenue targets.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 10 years of Industrial Sales Experience dealing with distributors, team management and creating business and sales strategies.
- Good relationship and strong market knowledge of general/all industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical.
- Competent Microsoft Office User
- Great communication, marketing, presentation, persuasion, self-confidence, and sales administration skills
- Thai nationals with fluent spoken and written English skills.
