Our client is high tech solution provider of electronic security systems including CCTV and Access Control System
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes coordinate with Sales Department / other related people so as to prepare strategic marketing plans which drive sales and profit growth.
- Manage and ensure the execution of marketing and promotion programs is in line with the plans specified.
- Handle the analysis of Profit & Loss and Break Even Point of the company’s products
- Keep up with Building Materials & Hardware news/trends/regulations, and also analyze their impacts on company business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronic Engineering / Electrical Communication / Computer technology / Telecommunication or other related fields.
- At least 4-5 years’ experience of Sales and marketing of building materials and hardware, experience in exploring and reaching marketing channels, buyers, partnerships and new products, high-level project control, product installation and solutions. (Hi-Technology), Project Management and CCTV or other security systems.
- Have knowledge in Knowledge of Hardware, Software, Network and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) as well.
- Skills in marketing analysis, planning and management, people management and performance, team building skills in speaking and writing English.
- Good skills in Marketing Analysis, Planning & Organizing, Managing People & Performance, Team Building
- Good command of English
