DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Managing Director & Regional Management
- Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients
- Deliver agreed revenue and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s
- Continuously promote sales activities personally, by developing and concentrating on new key accounts and developing business with existing accounts
- Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
- Achieve a balanced portfolio of business that maximizes operational efficiency and reduces risk all in accordance to the allocation of targets set by the Managing Director respectively by the Regional Management
- Prepare sales plans and reports
- Conduct customer presentations and detailed sales/project proposals
- Prepare customer quotations
- Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the operations departments about relevant company policies, departmental expectations and customer expectations
- Liaise with FMS offices and overseas agents for potential RFQ’s and projects
- Ensure all customer visits, opportunities and any other customer information are updated with the requirements and expectations on CRM
- Ensure sufficient Customer SOP’s are prepared and implemented, externally as well as internally
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 4-6 years of applicable business development / sales experience providing solutions primarily Ocean Freight
- Understanding on Thai Customs Clearance & Freight Procedures
- Ability to understand clients' Freight Forwarding challenges and structure effective solutions
- Valid Driving License and possession of a car
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
