Job Description :

1. Conducting extensive research on a variety of research/consulting projects

• Developing knowledge of research topic
• Data collection - primary and secondary
• Data collation and analysis
• Data presentation in English
• Paying attention to details

2. Participating-in brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights and recommendations (throughout the project)
3. Focus on answering business questions using data by bridging data and business insights.
4. End to End Business Intelligence from data set up to final data visualization
5. Support internal, external and management through data insights.
6. Generate analytical sales report based on the requirements of the Business Unit
7. Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business
8. Deliver recurring reporting to track company performance compared to category and competitive benchmarks.
9. Support the development of KPIs, materials, and report utilized by management team.
10. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, small win for setting action plans of each business function.
11. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions

Job Specification;

• Male or female with age more than 25 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
• 2 - 5 year experiences preferably in Business Analyst experience
• Good analytical skills
• MS office (Excel-PIVOT, Power point, Word), SPSS, other analytical tools as fluent user
• Good English in speaking, writing and listening
