Cathcart Associates has a great opportunity for a Business Analyst who is looking to grow and become an expert in e-commerce products and be the leader in technology trends. Responsibilities:

You will be gathering & analyzing business requirements, whilst proposing solutions to meet business objectives. Developing the requirement specification document, business process, business flow diagram, and wireframe for clients is also key to this role. 

You will also help design user-experience, user story, user-journey that represent the needs of customers and their end-users and work closely with the project team to ensure delivery of high-quality application/software within the project timeline to meet business requirements.

 Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst 
• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or Finance 
• Experience working with UX/UI to design user flows would be an advantage 
• Intermediate in English skills (Read and Write)
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
• Exposure to ecommerce/ retail businesses 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Initiative, energetic with ‘CAN-DO’ attitude
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
