Responsibilities:

• Create requirement or vision & roadmap of what to build, and convey it to the related business users and team members
• Communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives
• Organize effective meeting with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future service lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements
• Managing acceptance of project deliverable, coordinating interactions between project vendors and other teams
• Ensure that all requirements comply with applicable standards, BOT regulations and internal regulations
• Analyze CR or production incidents, clarify root causes, and deliver impact analysis to estimate sizing and cost of CR and incidents 
• Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery
• Identify business potential and risks to create business opportunities and prevent loss
• Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements.
• Defining and documenting requirements including business
• Working with developer and SME to understand the work effort
• Creating process flow, simulation/prototype and test case

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of related analytical and/or strategic experience
• Previous experience in Retail, Banking, Telecom, Fintech, large startup is preferred.
• Salesforce skills, strong analytical skills, especially with Marketing Cloud experience would be a Plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams
• Experienced with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development
• Organized and capable of handling, tracking and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication, motivation, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
