Responsibilities

• Being customer-focused; Gain insight to customer needs; Continuously improve and innovate products and services; Create value to customers and gain their loyalty
• Respect, accept cross-team members and collaborate with them; Provide mutual support and assistance to achieve resource sharing; Develop organizational synergy, and enhance core competitiveness

• Understand key points of problems or conflicts and their reasons; Use logical thinking from various perspectives to grasp key problems and make accurate judgment
• Proactive in correct defects reported by helpdesk or tenants
• Supervise all contracts within the building
• Update tenant occupancy
• Summary quarter of customer classification
• Summary of monthly incident report
• Hand over & Take back process
• Defect rectification & maintenance
• Handle & responsible to daily operation of building
• Responsible with staff’s duty & performance’s evaluation
• Report all defects to helpdesk
• Conduct essential training to the team
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any filed related
• Thai Nationality
• Major in Property, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Management or relevant field
• 5 years of working experience in building management field
• Minimum of 3 years in team management
• 2 years of experience in building management or retail shopping plaza
