Job Purpose
- Drive overall change management within BU, including tracking tangible results of change initiatives, with dashboard/ metric reporting.
- Create a roadmap and strategy for transforming
- Drive specific high impact transformation projects that will bring new process and/or capability to BU.
Key Responsibilities
1) Support Commercial Group management in translating corporate direction to commercial / TDS strategy and activites
2) Coordinate and synergize across all Commercial Group / stakeholder initiatives and activities
3) Drive overall change management within the Retail / TDS business, including tracking tangible results of change initiatives, with dashboard/ metric reporting.
4) Drive high impact transformation projects that will bring new process and/or capability to the Retail / TDS business strategy. This includes forming cross functional project teams, setting realistic roadmaps and targets.
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a business-related field.Master degree is a plus

At least 8-10 years working experience, preferably in a consumer products related industry.
- Ideal to have company level strategy, M&A, corporate planning, project management work experience. - Strong
and independent individual contributor that executes with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker with the strong business and financial acumen
- Capable of translating high level corporate direction to commercial strategy
- Familiarity with processes in large scale organizations and the ability to navigate efficiently
- Capable of managing cross functional teams to achieve shared outcomes in new areas for the organization
