Job description

  • Initiating sales with potential or existing customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage and understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Listening to the customer needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Take and process orders in and accurate manner.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or related filed
  • Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/Customer Service role
  • Proven Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication Skills.
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Excellent in problem solving skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Hardline Segment 
Consumer electronics, home decoration, construction materials and DIY products are all to be found under our hardline segment. Each of the retail banners within this segment targets a specific group of customers with definable shopping needs, including home improvement, furnishings and fixtures, and electronics.

We operate web stores for Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, Supersports, Looksi, TheOutlet24, Tops, Power Buy, Nguyen Kim, and Baan & Beyond
