Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and analyze B2B and B2C market requirements and trends, as well as competitive dynamics
• Initiate and maintain a product roadmap and communicating product strategy to stakeholders and management
• Define prioritization of new product launches, enhancements to existing features and content management system improvements
• Apply a data-driven and results-oriented approach with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders to effectively and efficiently execute and deliver on a product roadmap
• Enriching and structuring requirements to be executed by the development team with clarifying and redefining requirements
• Abstracting the core of a feature from nice-to-have and complementary objectives/ clearly differentiating between what’s the core of a feature and what can be use-case specific addition
• Work closely with internal teams, service providers and management to execute on product roadmap
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues
• Quality assurance, control and monitoring pre and post product launches

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in demonstrated success with project management 
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and contribute to the bigger strategic picture
• Ability to understand current/ changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment
• Ability to document or present complex insights related concepts to business, technical and executive teams
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems
• Excellent verbal in English both written and communication skills
• Strong presentation and leadership skills
