RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the recruitment process for the supported organization
- Coordinate sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager
- Active recruitment — effectively executes targeted sourcing via phone and online tools to identify and engage qualified passive candidates at specific companies
- Establish and drive the staffing processes and procedures to ensure alignment with needs of respective functions to ensure recruiting approach is efficient, legally compliant and fiscally responsible
- Communicate and network with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads
- Continuously network through industry contacts
- Managing and motivating general recruitment team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 10 years’ experience regarding B-to-B relationships with an emphasis on sales and developing business in any industry.
- Recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Experience in managing complicated multi-role administration.
- Dynamic and mature with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
- A commercial understanding with good problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal skills in English and computer proficiency.
- An outgoing personality and cheerful character.
- Well-organized and customer-oriented.
