Job Description

The Assistant Vice President formulates the communication strategy and co-create the commercial strategy with marketing team for postpaid portfolio, leads the execution, of various online advertising formats/campaigns across media touchpoints with subordinates. The successful candidate will work with business leaders to convert campaign objectives and budgets into a comprehensive campaign strategy, plan and supervise team to run all day-to-day campaign operations and optimize performance based on results.

The candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing for postpaid commercial’s purpose, mission, vision, and values and grows strategic initiatives to advance our brand in the product/service portfolio and managing both strategic and tactical marketing campaigns that are designed to source new prospects, assist prospects in moving along a conversion process and grow site traffic, social media base, mobile internet penetration, average customer spend and lifetimes across various customer segments.

This individual will be driven by business metrics to initiate and drive innovative both strategic and tactical communication marketing campaigns at positive ROI and assist in formulating online marketing strategies.

  • Contributes to the strategies and implementation of plans/campaigns to ensure the positive alignment with company strategic direction.
  • Strategic thinking with an ability to readily shift to Detail-oriented.
  • High knowledge of IMC communication, especially online marketing platforms, in particular of understanding consumer decision journey, creative and storytelling skills and proven ability to meet or exceed KPI targets on campaigns ranging from branding, tactical/promotion, acquisition, and retention.
  • Proven leadership and build the relation with partners both internal stakeholders, management, and agencies in order to Leads the implementation and execution of profitable growth strategies.
  • Able to independently drive projects through to completion; able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Ability to achieve project goals in a fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Self-driven working style and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Synthesize the communication strategy into meaningful deliverables/presentations for senior management and external stakeholders with solid presentation skills (English).
  • Passion for online marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing is crucial.

  • Minimum of 10 years of integrated online marketing experiences, brand management or communication related field.
  • Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to think strategically and to translate conceptual initiatives into detailed operating plans.
  • Strong experience in marketing communication with very good skill in creating and IMC execution especially online platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, to lead and mentor talented staff, and to build consensus across departments.
