Job Descriptions:
• Initiate digital marketing strategy to generate both new customers and boost customer retention to meet the company’s target & KPIs
• Work closely with related parties to develop effective online media buying plan to ensure KPI achievement as well as manage execution and budget allocation
• Ensure real-time optimization including budget allocation across channels, platforms and countries in order to maximize spending efficiency
• Explore new opportunities/new approaches to maximize marketing and media performances
• Perform analysis and provide KPIs & ROI report, learning, suggestion for business decision and effective digital marketing performance
• Responsible for all reporting & Analysis for customer centric metrics including business performance metrics
• Perform research, analyze results & make recommendations on opportunities for improvement to business management & functional
Qualification:
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and digital marketing skills with preferable ecommerce background
• Experience in data analytics, performance marketing, online marketing, online media planning, buying & optimization
• Understanding of measurement tools and implication for online marketing
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• E-commerce background is a plus
