Job description /Responsibilities:

• Ensure developed software performs as expected, based on acceptance criteria
• Develop and execute the test strategy, test plan, test scope, test cases, test scripts and test reports for the solution testing
• Identify testing automation framework and develop automated test scripts to maximize the use of automation in testing
• Define the entry and exit criteria of each test stage and obtain agreement from involved business and IT parties
• Perform end to end testing and regression testing to ensure that the developed solution meets the quality standards/ exit criteria
• Document and track the status of defects/ issues found during testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 10+ years’ experience as developer and / or QA tester
• 5+ experience in automated testing
• Experience in and understanding of Scrum Agile development
• Experience in banking would be an added plus

Skills :

• Knowledge of testing automation tools and experience in developing automated test scripts
• Knowledge of coding languages (JAVA and SQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology would be an dded plus
