Job Summary:

This position will be a part of follow the supervisor’s instructions in order to provide legal advice. Represent the Bank or affiliated companies, including directors, executive directors, and employees accused or sued at the court as an attorney. Handle any other cases filed by the Bank or Affiliated Companies, excluding the Bank’s general business cases.

Job Description:

• Represent the Bank or affiliated companies, including directors, executive directors, and employees in the civil cases, criminal cases administrative cases accused or sued at the court and any other kinds of cases filed by the Bank or Affiliated Companies, excluding the Bank’s general business cases
• Handle any other kinds of cases filed by the Bank or Affiliated Companies, excluding the Bank’s general business cases
• Liaise with inquiry officials and public prosecutors, including any governmental officers.
• Provide legal advice in accordance with article 1. above, including the other legal issues
• Coordinate with the other legal teams to provide legal advice and educate as a lecturer in accordance with the request of business units
• Handle, in case by case, any other jobs related to any interest of the Bank or Affiliated Companies, assigned by directors or executive directors
• Attend any legal issues seminars provided by any governmental offices or private sectors and apply such knowledge to attorney’s scope of work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law or higher degree in Law
• At least 2 years experience in litigation cases
• Certificate of Thai Bar Association (if any)
• Lawyer license is required
• Good computer skill and ability to adapt with new technologies or innovations
