Job description

• Prepare financial analysis
• Develop financial model (on Microsoft Excel) to be used as part of share & business valuation as well as M&A advisory
• Prepare industry research and analyse industry trend
• Assist in preparing pitch, drafting report, liasing with the client to obtain information and to challenge client's rationale
• Extract, analyse, summarise and present information obtained from Capital IQ for valuation and M&A proposal, presentation and report.  Noted that relevant training for using Capital IQ will be provided to the final & successful candidates. 

Qualifications

• Thai nationality.  
• A bachelor degree in Business Administration (Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge is a must)
• Work experience in valuation or relevant financial analysis skills would be advantageous however we also welcome new graduate without work experience 
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• TOEIC Score is required
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  
• Recent Graduate will be considered
