Job Description:
  • Acting as a company representative to present and provide PRTR recruitment services & solutions.
  • Arranging meetings with clients, taking briefs of job profiles, specifications, and company information in order to analyze and create a proper job description.
  • Handling executive search assignments and delivering high-quality candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills, and experience specified by clients.
  • Preparing candidate resumes and correspondence processes for clients.
  • Assisting clients in coordinating with candidates, with paperwork, background checks, and salary & benefits offers.
  • Ensuring the agreements are corresponded, including negotiating on the offer & benefits (if necessary).
  • Providing professional support and advice on recruitment issues to both customers and candidates.
  • Maintaining a good relationship between the company, clients, and candidates, as well as improving satisfaction levels.
  • Taking action to achieve weekly & monthly KPIs, in terms of job activities and financial targets.
  • Assisting in business development functions, e.g. finding new potential customers, searching for new channels for identifying qualified candidates, telesales, etc.
  • Male/female with a pleasant personality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
  • Experience in sales roles, recruitment, or customer service functions is preferred.
  • Good command of English and computer proficient.
  • “Can-Do” attitude, willing to learn, well organized, and circumspect.
  • Possess sales skills, logical thinking, and a commercial mind-set.
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, a professional appearance, active, highly motivated, confident, service-minded, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to handle & work under pressure and handle performance targets.
