Job Description

• Manage performance of production and engineering department
• Manage new material and new product introduction process
• Manage production plan and resources
• Monitor and control KPI of production and engineering department
• Liaison with other departments: supply chain, buyers, QA etc.
• Coach, supervise and evaluate works of junior staffs
• Manage workloads, trainings and development for junior staffs
• Monitor the production and engineering processes and create improvement plan
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Manage new materials qualification process
• Manage new product introduction process and procedure
• Review and approve production documents: Work instruction, Drawings, Visual aid etc.
• Coordinate with German head quarter and foreign customer for productions and engineering related

Qualifications

• Thai National
• Male or Female
•  Age over 30 years old
• Bachelor or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related field. ( Electrical would be advantage)
• Experience >3 years managing level in Electronic industry or factory manufacturing site.
• Good command of spoken and written English
