Description

• To monitor and control process parameters for consistency in product quality.
• To analyze and assess the process parameters to suggest for improvement in the product quality.
• To develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
• To develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• To monitors and analyze process parameters to reduce the losses in production process.
• Responsible for plant operations and control of production process parameters and improvement in productivity.
• Analyze the DCS data for improvement in productivity and raw material usage.
• Leads operating staff of the plant in shift for all aspects pertaining.
• To involve into the Company Quality Manual, Operations Procedure, Work Instruction, Safety & Emergency Procedure, Steam & Power generation in license of Utility staff.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Chemical or Environment Engineering/Science or related fields
• 5 years plus of experience in manufacturing operation or process industries
• Prior people management responsibility is necessary
• Able to communicate in English
• Good in problem solving and analytical thinking
• Flexibility to relocate to upcountry
