Qualifications:

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานชิปปิ้ง import & export ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายบริหาร / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
• ผ่านการอบรมตัวแทนออกของ หรือ ผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถติดต่อสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งพูด อ่าน และเขียน
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities:

• ควบคุมและจัดการงานในฝ่าย (เอกสาร & เคลียร์สินค้า) ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
• ให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำ เกี่ยวกับพิธีการศุลกากรและสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ แก่คนในองค์กรและลูกค้า
• ร่วมกำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่าย (Standard Operation Procedure)
• ร่วมกำหนดแผนงานของหน่วยงาน เป้าหมายการทำงานของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายองค์กร
• ตรวจสอบวิธีป้องกันปัญหาและวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา (Preventive & Corrective Plans) ในกรณีที่งานเกิดปัญหาต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบการต่ออายุเอกสารทางราชการต่างๆ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• ตรวจสอบประกาศ กฎหมายศุลกากร ราชกิจจานุเบกษา หรือ กระทรวงต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานของทั้งองค์กร
• ร่วมจัดทำ Budget และควบคุมการใช้งานให้เป็นไปตาม Approved budget
• ร่วมวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคลดำเนินการตามแผน และติดตามผลการพัฒนาบุคลากร
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
