To be responsible for assigned accounts (mainly in Mondern Trade) to provide customer relationship management and working with design, sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments together with building strong business partnership with key account customer.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business partnerships with customers to be in line with DSG's direction and customer strategy to deliver business objectives (Sales & Market Share)
• Create and negotiate contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Take Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
• Ensure meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Ensure collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Regular analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
• Coordinate with cross functions to share/obtain customers insight for strategy planning 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any relating field or higher
• 3 –5 years key account management experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector
• Direct knowledge of key account management in Modern Trade channel is advantageous
• Solid knowledge of key account management in Modern Trade channel is a plus
• Excellent analytical and  presentation skills
• Good command of English
• Customer trading term and budget management experience
