Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Marketing Project Manager in advising large and medium sized corporations (primarily within the finance industry) on digital transformation
• Assist in the management and optimization of performance marketing projects that mainly focus on lead generation and full end-to-end e-commerce purchases
• Understand the full scope and determine all necessary tasks in each step of the project execution in order to smoothly meet client expectations, deadlines and budgets
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate, measure and report the performance of all campaigns as well as assess goal achievement (ROI and KPIs) and improvement solutions
• Deliver exceptional client service and develop meaningful relations with our clients
• Guide the creative and content marketing team to develop effective communication strategies and marketing materials including banners, videos, landing pages, advertorials, etc.
• Efficiently leverage our own platform www.rabbitfinance.com as well as millions of Rabbit user profiles for your campaigns
• Resolve client concerns by investigating problems and delivering solutions
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Prepare and attend client meetings
• Keep detailed project notes, record meeting minutes, manage and update information within the team 

Requirements

• At least 1 years of extensive work experience in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in a Digital Media Agency would be an advantage
• Affinity to work with numbers, strong analytical skills as well as ability to structure and evaluate efficient A/B-tests
• First experience in planning, using and optimizing Google Ads, Social Media and other online marketing channels in order to overachieve KPIs
• Creative and able to effectively present products on marketing materials
• Well-organized structured thinking and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to delivering high quality work
• Great service mind with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
• Enjoy solving problems, working under pressure and focusing on project deadlines
• Curious and ready to learn new skills
• Hard working and highly responsible with flexible working hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in written and spoken English (TOEIC score above 550)
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
