Our client is Thailand’s leading project cargo freight forwarder.
The Assistant Business & Development Manager will assist following key functions:
Being responsible for sourcing new customers to intensify the sales’ volume by focusing on Warehousing.
Developing new business opportunities by promoting the company’s products to the customers and investigating new potential markets, mainly focusing on new customers.
Being responsible for the marketing, sales and customer services of the clients’ needs and managing the preparation of documents for company marketing.
Building relationships and sales based on a high level of repeat business with all levels of customer’s and understanding the sales process including the key touchpoints.
Being responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing/ sales as well as Customer Relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth.
Working to stringent targets, to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for targeted solicitation, understand their business and solutions requirements, and engage in a consultative sales process (business to business).
Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Maintaining the agent’s relationships in accordance with company policy.
Actively handling P&L and strategic planning respectively.
Receiving, monitoring and following up reports from department/business unit in accordance with company policy.
Monitoring progress of claims and customer satisfaction.
Leading to fix all issues and increase satisfaction level to the customer.
Performing guidelines issued together Country Sales Lead – Logistics TH, GM Logistics & Director Operations & Finance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration or any related field.
Five (5) years of previous experience in the freight industry, including areas of international air, sea, cargo, import, export, freight forwarding, third-party logistics management, warehousing, and supply chain.
Excellent communication and sales skills, with a pleasant personality and excellent leadership qualities.
A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
