Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspect of product being assigned to ensure sales and A&P spending are achievement
• Analyze sales, competitive information, consumers behavior, customers voice and propose actionable activities to strengthen the brand equity and performance
• Initiate the new idea to achieve the brand objectives
• Handle brand/ marketing activities of the assigned products under responsibilities including new product development
• Communicate and coordinate execution of marketing projects within the organization and external suppliers/agencies
• Prepare Sales and A&P report and be able to present to management
• Coordinate with channel development team in implementing the marketing activities
• Execute the marketing activities and programs according to the plan
• Utilize the available database and information to gain useful market and consumer insights
• Evaluate and control the results of implemented marketing activities
• Take necessary corrective actions to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.
• Occasionally having market visit is required once in every 2 months as a minimum
• Implement both routine and ad-hoc consumer research projects
• Actively participate in company's major activities (small team activities, suggestions, etc.).
• Pursue personal development especially in the job-related areas

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age between 28-35 years old
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG marketing environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related fields
• Have a good balance of a leader and a team player
• Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
• Strong knowledge of consumer insights, marketing research methodology with marketing background
• Excellent business understanding linked with data analysis and integration, presentation, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of English and computer skills
