Job Position:  Assistant Administrator

Location: Sathorn Square Tower, North Sathorn Road

Job Responsibilities :-

• Provide general administrative support
• Assist in preparation of all paper works
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Updating data base in website, facebook
• Designing layout and artwork, flyer for publication.

Qualifications :-

• Thai Female, age not over than 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in Arts, Business, Communication Art and Design, IT Computer

Science or any related field, new graduate is also welcomed

• Basic knowledge in website, social network and e-mail.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/illustrator or experience in publication design is a plus.
• Efficient computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good command of English; speaking listening and writing
• Service mind, friendly, active, hard working, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Mature, reliable, able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge preferred.

Company Background

The Malaysian-Thailand Chamber of Commerce (MTCC) was established in 2002 as an association primarily composed of Malaysian and Thai companies and individuals having business relations together. The Chamber was officially recognized by the Malaysia Ministry of Foreign Trade.

MTCC's main objective is to promote and develop economic relations between Malaysia and Thailand.
