ILF Consulting Engineers (Asia) Ltd. provides German-Austrian quality engineering and consultancy services in South-East Asia.

Job Description: 

• Verify business transactions (contracts, invoices, bank transfer slips) and process business transactions in accounting software.
• Manage the entire variety of accounting activities, including but not limited to general ledger preparation, financial reporting, Year-end audit preparation, etc.
• Maintain and expand a financial reporting and general ledger structure suitable for our business. 
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end closing.
• Prepare performance reports for review and approval by management.
• Support cash flow, year-end and other forecasting activities.
• Monitor and analyze accounting information to maintain a high level of accuracy in management reports.
• Prepare Auditing activities and ensure timely information submission to auditors.
• Manage accounting activities of affiliate companies by supervising external accounting entities, auditors, etc.
• Ensure GL – Detail account quality and reconciliation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the accounting workflow processes.

Qualifications:

• Female or Male (Male must have military exemption or finalized military service).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge in managing, maintaining and closing accounts.
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems especially related to accounting and financial modules is an advantage.
• Experience of working in multinational companies is an advantage.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure is a must.
• Team-spirit and willingness to support co-workers in any possible way is a must.
