Job Specifications:

• Have experience in Managerial works in Customs House Brokerage Company or Freight Forwarder or Shipping Company at least 5 Years   
• At least 5 years of experience in import field especially in import-export entry, HS code, Customs clearance formalities as customs broker and privilege
• Good knowledge of Import & Export progress and ability to solve problems
• Establishing work standards and monitoring staff performance in the areas of handling phone calls, clearance of orders, communication, data entry and transmission, documentation, operations and problem resolution
• Can check all entry form correct before submit paperless system to Customs Dept. such as   HS code classification, Invoice, P/L, Form E , D, Privilege Code, DFT,TISI Permit and other
• Have experience and can contact to Customs Dept. for Tax Refund at least 2-3 Years
• Have experience and can contact to Customs Dept. for E-Paperless System Register
• Have experience for apply AEO License for Customs Broker, Counter Service License
• Can arrange Training for Staff in Forwarding ,Customs Clearance, Import and Export Procedure and related regulations such as Import and export License
• Establishing work standards and monitoring staff performance in the areas of handling phone calls, clearance of orders, communication, data entry and transmission, documentation, operations and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Male or Female, Age not less than 35 years old
• Experience in Customs Clearance & Customs Brokerage Specialist at least 5 years
• Strong leadership skill and service-mind 
• Positive, Team-player and energetic attitude
• Have a Customs Brokerage Specialist License
• Ability to work at Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Bangna-Trand Km.36
• Proficiency in Computer Programs, Microsoft Office
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Able to drive a car with license and own vehicle.
