Job Responsibility:
- Report directly to the GM-Sales and work closely with respective Department Managers in achieving positive results
- Propose and reach agreement on objectives and strategies for trade lane market development for the respective country
- Responsibility for achievement of annual trade lane targets: Volume only
- Identifying and prioritizing accounts based on targeted commodities and lane segments, as defined with the network partners and consistent with Country and branches operations.
- Responsible for liaising with the Regional Commercial team on Global Accounts in order to secure accurate and timely input for example on volume estimations, growth potential etc. for traffic out of the Country to assure no duplications with local targeted account’s list
- Provide and disseminate market intelligence to stakeholders of respective trade lane (local sales organization, Regional trade lane management as well as local procurement, etc.)
- Regularly monitor trade lane performance and service activities connected on country level and come up with improvements or corrective actions.
- Coordination of trade lane pricing policies with the Country Management and Regional Commercial team to support market competitive minimum selling rates (MSR’s) in order to steer and improve pro-actively
- Perform other duties as assigned by GM-Sales
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any related
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales of Air or Sea Freight or Logistics & Supply Chain Solution
- Strong experience in hunting sales
- Good command of English
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and initiative skills
- Strong leadership and managerial manner
Working Hours: Monday - Friday(Flexible)
Working Location: Thailand - Asia
Salary: 80,000 – 120,000 THB/Month (Depends on qualification and experience)
