Sales Growth and Sale Force Management
- To set the team target and supervise sales staff to achieve the target.
- To lead, advise and motivate the sales staff to achieve the company goal.
- To develop the business opportunities, strategy, business plan and maintain the long-term relationship with existing customer and prospect customer.
- To analyse the sale’s problem, sales volume in order to improve and develop to achieve the target.
- To analyse the competitiveness, competitors and product’s price to be a team guidance.
- To train the technique and experience for staff.
- Planning to meet the essential customer to maintain the long-term relationship.
- To report sales volume and other problem to GM, Sales.
- To coordinate with other sales manager to share the information.
- To involve in organization development to achieve the company’s goal.
Credit Management and Bad Debt Collection Assistant
- To manage the priority and credit term consideration including to provide customer’s financial information to Finance Department in order to reduce bad debt.
Department Cost Control
- To consider cost and expenses ex. Cost of sample product, promotional activities etc. to suit the team’s goal and company’s profitability.
Customer Service Satisfaction Management
- To manage the customer’s complaint, analyze the root cause, solve problem and response the solution or the result to customer.
- To analyze and develop the customer’s need in order to improve customer satisfaction.
Stock Management
- Coordinate with production, service team and vendor to manage production plan.
- Forecast sale volume to easily plan for the production and delivery.
Other Related Tasks
- To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation of the office.
- Coordinate and support other function to develop company potentiality.
Requirement:
- Thai nationality
- Male or Female, 30 years or above
- Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Marketing or other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling industrial product.
- Having Clean room technical knowledge, air filtration experience in local or International Company, and customer networks (multinational) in electronics, food, chemical, metal working, hospital, commercial building is preferable.
- Good command of English, read, written, and spoken
- Be able to work in multinational company.
- Have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
