Responsibilities:

You will act as an Area Manager to run and own P&L of your own MuvMi area(s).  You will work with Business Development team to understand the products, operation, customer services, sales & marketing of MuvMi.  Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to

• Own Profit & Loss of your areas, drive revenue, manage cost.  Starting from 1 mature area and 1 new area
• Deliver smooth day-to-day operation.  Monitor performance and create action plans to achieve targets
• Drive customer satisfaction in your areasWorking with marketing team to drive conversions, creating  marketing objectives/campaigns to increase awareness that leads to conversions in your areas. 
• Work with partners (B2B) to build and maintain good relationships, that lead to sales 
• Work with business team to develop MuvMi products that meets customers’ needs
• Work with business and operation team to translate strategies into action plans.  Actively initiate and propose improvements to the team and operating procedure
• Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in business analysis, business development, operation, or related field
• Willing to learn and challenge yourself
• Being a good leader as well as a team player.  Has experiences in leadership and deliver results, can be from university experiences or actual professional level
• Entrepreneurial spirit, make things happen, take risks, quick learner
• Having experiences in management & operation will be beneficial, but not required
• Good people and communication skill
• Drive for improvements 
• Great command in English
• Age 22-30
• Preferred at least bachelor degree
