- วิเคราะห์ กำหนด กำกับดูแล การร้องขอใหม่และที่เพิ่มขึ้น ปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง Software Application ที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามความจำเป็นทางธุรกิจ
- เก็บความต้องการของ users และให้ข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับการพัฒนา ปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง Software Application ให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐาน IT ที่กำหนด
- สนับสนุน users ในการเขียน BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- สนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับ Software Applications ที่รับผิดชอบ (2nd line support)
- ประสานงานและควบคุม Software Vendor ในการพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับ Software Application
- ควบคุม และบริหารงานให้เป็นไปตามเวลา และงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการต่างๆของประกันชีวิต เช่น New Business, Underwriting, POS, Claim, Billing and Collection, Customer Service
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไม่ตํ่ากว่า 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการบริหารโครงการของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ไม่ตํ่ากว่า 2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุม ติดตาม ประเมินผล การสื่อสาร การประสานงาน การนำเสนองาน ละเอียดถี่ถ้วนสนใจในรายละเอียด
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (Business Process Model, BPM) รวมถึงโยงองค์ประกอบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจของ IT
