Qualification:

• Male / Female  Age 25-38 Years old.
• Master of engineers, technicians, senior engineer or relevant equivalent educational experience is preferred
• Several years of experience in interior application engineering, process development or production will take the priority
• Analytical skills, problem solving, willingness to learn, Initiative, flexibility, good communication and intercultural competence.
• Good English communication skills and basic project management knowledge. (Foreigner Boss)
• Good computer  skill ( Word, Excel )

Job Description:

• Start-up and adjustment of the pre-series and series production tools, equipment and processes in collaboration with the equipment planner, process development and production.
• Define and release Process Parameters / Work Instructions / Re-Approval Card for related process, distribute to production and train the related operators with signed training record, all related documents number should be also included in the training record.
• Responsible for design necessary fixtures or tools together with related team members, create the technical specification and involve in the whole procurement procedure to make sure the on time delivery together with Purchasing, in the purpose of process economical aspect.
• According to P-Function Target, handle all related process can produce the parts with there required customer Volume, the fulfillment of External PPM Rate, No Line Stop for Customer,
• Participate in the Morning meeting together with Quality Carline Manager, analysis together with production/quality/logistic to feedback clear root cause and short/long term actions. and also information share in the morning meeting with all P-Function team for better arrangement of production.
• Lead the related process optimization together with P-Function team members (Process planner/production…）, make sure no customer complaint escalation due to Process Issues.
• By using statistical methods, e.g. MFU, PFU (provisional), DOE to validate the process and characteristics under the consideration of the specifications.
• According to specifications, create process-relevant master sample parts and boundary samples for pre-production and series production together with quality and project team.
• Cooperate with production dept. and train related representatives of the working instructions. If necessary, support them in pre-production and testing production
• Timely maintain. archive and save the important documents which within the responsibility into the specified media (data sheets/BX level/WI/Re-Approval Card...).
• Conduct and monitor of adjustments and optimizations of existing and new products and processes together with production, equipment procurement and quality.
• Support and check if all necessary Preventive Maintenance Actions were implemented according to Process Point of View.
• Participate in process FMEA as a team member for process subject
• Identify project risks and report to the project manager and the line manager.
• Processing of process-relevant project -PI's and series production -PI`s.
• Support the production in series problems (e.g. scrap) within the responsible area, cooperate and analysis together with P-Function depts. For 8D report, to conduct and implement corrective actions.
• Responsible for Department DPV yearly target fulfillment.
• Obey company EHS policy and Environment safety guidelines
• Other the assignments of a supervisor.
