Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:  

• To identify and recommend business improvement initiatives.
• To partner with the business to identify cost effective and strategic technology opportunities to resolve problems, improve processes and efficiency, and drive performance.
• To manage the development process including project management, planning and execution for the scoping, conceptualization, architecture, implementation and user acceptance testing of new technologies, technology upgrades and business improvement enhancements.
• To effectively manage CIGNA Thailand’s insurance systems including providing support on incident investigation and resolution to the Information Technology Operations team.
• To manage and lead the System Analysis and Applications Development Teams to ensure they are appropriately recruited and developed.  This includes scheduling, prioritizing and delegating work, providing guidance and sharing expertise, encouraging personal development, identifying training and development needs and implementing solutions, performance management and conducting performance reviews.
• To provide a high quality and efficient service to all users to allow them to work productively at all times.
• To ensure business requirements, functional specifications and procedures are documented and kept up-to-date to maximize the level of service provided to all users.
• To manage the company wide prioritization process used to determine resource allocation for Information technology resources.
• To participate in project work as and when required by the Senior Manager – Solutions Delivery.

Qualifications / Specific Requirements:  

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent field of study with professional experience.
• 4 – 8 years relevant information technology with team management working experience.
• Experienced in implementation and/or configuration of Dev Ops. With knowledgeable in Docker, Jenkins, Eureka, Kibana Program are preferred.
• Proven track record supporting and managing business applications.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management or management of multiple information technology projects.
• Proven track record in managing multiple systems in a complex environment
• Mainframe experience is a significant advantage.
