Major Duties/ responsibilities
Responsible for all readiness job for Asia direct material purchasing,

• Attend & Present in all Program PLTs and Program Gate Review/ Monthly Reviews
• Track with Buyers for all CRs inputs and Manage the Cost Book updates
• Manage Program 4-SQRs and make sure parts are sourced on time within budget.
• Manage monthly forecast and market basket updates, make sure all the evidences
• are saved to the SharePoint.
• Assist Lead Program Readiness for the Quarterly SOX audit and annual Budget process.
• Responsible for PPCR management for Asia
• Help all the Commodity buyers with Signing all the Sourcing package and get them stored electronically on SharePoint and hard copies to the Cabinet.
• Responsible for tooling audit.
• Responsible for annual PO audit.
• Other task assigned by line manager.

LIST POSITION SKILLS, ABILITIES & EDUCATION:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience in automotive industries (engineering background is preferred)
• Purchasing experience with strong communication/negotiation skills, Able to work under great pressure.
• Candidates who has Commodity buyer experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written in English and Thai
• Able to attend late conference calls.
• Need to speak English
