ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อนำเสนอต่อนักลงทุนที่สนใจลงทุนในบริษัท           
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัทหลักทรัพย์และสถาบันการเงินเกี่ยวกับตราสารหนี้ต่างๆของบริษัทฯ อาทิ สัญญาเงินกู้ ตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงิน วงเงินเบิกเกินบัญชี ตั๋วแลกเงิน หุ้นกู้ เป็นต้น              
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับตราสารหนี้ต่างๆ รวมถึงรายงานผลการขายกับตราสารหนี้ระยะสั้นกับ กลต.       
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดคงเหลือตราสารหนี้เพื่อรายงานต่อหัวหน้ารายสัปดาห์
• สรุปรายงานยอดคงเหลือตราสารหนี้ และวงเงินสินเชื่อต่างๆเพื่อรายงานต่อหัวหน้าและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีรายไตรมาส                
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อนำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารของบริษัทฯ รายเดือน  
• จัดทำสัญญากู้ยืมเงินระหว่างบริษัทและนักลงทุน             
• คำนวณและควบคุมต้นทุนทางการเงินของบริษัท              
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ หรือบุคคลภายนอก เกี่ยวกับค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ              

งานการเงินด้านรับ         

• ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบวางบิล / ลง GL จนจบกระบวนการ     
• ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน /ใบสำคัญรับ / ลง GL นำส่งฝ่ายบัญชี จนจบกระบวนการ
• ออกรายงานภาษีขายและสรุปภาษีขาย พร้อมรายละเอียด
• รายงานลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ       
• เก็บรักษาหลักฐานและเอกสารทางการเงิน        

คุณสมบัติ

• เพศ ชาย  / หญิง
• อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี / การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป

META Corporation Public Company Limited (“META”), a Thai listed company with expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering and construction, is looking for a full-time business development expert to join our expanding Power & Utilities business unit.  This is a role that will offer our candidate an international exposure in Power & Utilities business disciplines in overseas projects and sometimes domestic one.  The company currently has projects in Japan, Myanmar, and the Philippines. Our long-term goal is to become Asia’s leading power and utilities developer.  Successful candidate will be handling project during its development, whether it be a green field or a merger & acquisition deal, until its operational phase.  The role requires a highly knowledgeable, responsible and organized person as he or she will be the main person to ensure the project execution progress in all aspects (feasibility study, contracting, financing, accounting, regulatory, and operational planning). The candidate will report directly to Business Development Unit Head or Chief Operating Officer and will have a chance to gain new experience from the emerging power & utilities business as well as work alongside with renowned international advisory firms.
