Analyst Finance

This position provides financial guidance, direction, and analytical support for appropriate functional areas and all corresponding departments within Harley-Davidson.

• Bank Reconciliation.
• Work with Sr. Analyst to complete Month end A/R related balance sheet reconciliations.
• A/R – ensuring inter-company processing of invoices for leases and services. Oversees Accounts Receivable reporting as it relates to audits, interest expense, management requests, and foreign and domestic subsidiary intercompany accounting.
• Manages and coordinates quality output, timely processing of cash receipts and compliance with policies and guidelines. Includes timely review and customer account reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset control (WBS creation, CIP transfer to asset and CAPEX spending report, new project budget control).
• Processing Scrap invoices after approval from Logistics Team.
• Monthly and fiscal year-end close processes, including inter-company transfer payments, journal entries and timely account reconciliations - Work with Sr. Analyst to complete Month end balance sheet reconciliations for Powertrain and Vehicle, capitalizing Fixed Assets, ensuring A/R is closed and performing the monthly Depreciation.
• Making sure that output VAT are recorded correctly, prepare Output VAT Reporting and submission.
• Assist Lead Finance in maintaining CIS Plant Metrics Board information daily to track monthly KPI and attend CIS daily meetings as required (when Manager and Lead absent / busy / meeting conflict).
• Find ways to continuously improve processes and responsibilities in his/her job.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for the purpose of analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
• Excellent organizational skills – ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
