Job Summary

The role of After Sale Planning Supervisor would be to work alongside the After Sale Planning Manager, helping to monitor the status of on-going service repair order, revenue, and customer satisfaction index to ensure the performance on track, and to provide the development tool for business analysis.

Responsibilities

• To update daily service performance report and ensure the report is fully reached by all concerned persons.
• To provide concrete data of service repair order, revenue, and customer satisfaction index.
• To analyze the performance of service channels based on service repair order, revenue and customer satisfaction index in level of dealer outlet.
• To collaborate with others for After Sales business growth and sustainability with keeping customer’s high satisfaction.
• To assist in development of After Sales Analytic Tool through consultation with internal departments and external supplier, and work as required.
• To support and maintain the system of After Sales Data Management together with an authorized supplier.

• Age  25-35 year-old
• Graduated in any fields
• 3+ years in automotive after sales experience and preferable to include business planning.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working under his or her own initiative.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skill to work with individuals at all levels.
• Good computer skill preferably including competency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
