Key Responsibilities :

• To check the documents and input to System
• To take care of all admin jobs of Export and Import business
• Work with S/O and P/O for direct business
• To follow up shipment arriving on time and plan for shipment schedule
• To issue of request for Import, Cargo receipt send to Shipping Department
• To support and coordinate with Marketing for P/O from Customers
• To arrange the commission document for send to related section to next process
• To send all documents to Account Department before month and closing

Qualifications :

• Female only,  Age between 23 - 25 years old with Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any related field
• Having experience 1-2 years in Sales Admin, Import-Export Document (Trading Company will be advantage)
• Knowledge in Accounting, Purchasing or Tax Invoice
• Knowledge in SAP program in be advantage
• Good command of English and Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Responsibility and Hard Working
• Team player, service mind
• Multitasking, can working under pressure
