Accounting Officer
Key responsibilities
Report to Accounting Manager
Keep track of all received invoices from vendors.
Ensure that all payments are properly approved prior processing the payments
Monthly Expenses are closely monitored and accrued
Cash Advances are closely follow up
Perform Bank Reconciliation for withdrawal transactions related to the processed payments
Ensure that all expenses are correctly recorded
Submit online Tax Form : VAT, withholding tax
Prepare Payment Voucher
Prepare monthly report for withholding tax and accrued charges
Regularly Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Job Qualifications
Completed Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Knowledge of Accounting System with Work Experience of 2-3 Years.
Good knowledge in finance and accounting transactions and procedures
Good knowledge in VAT/ withholding Tax
Good command of English language skills (oral and written)
Good organization and prioritization skills

Remuneration
An attractive salary package commensurate with the responsibility of the post will be offered. This will be reviewed annually.
