Urgent! Accounting & Finance Manager / International company / BTS Surasak / Up to 80K

 Our client is the International Co-working space provider which the office is located close to BTS Surasak Station is URGENTLY looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Job responsibilities

• Full accounts closing including managing daily transaction tasks of AP, AR, GL and VAT and withholding tax filing.

• Perform monthly billing, daily receipts updating, issuance of tax invoices and attending to customer queries.

• Handle accounts payable, verifying and performing payments.

• Assist in the preparation of month end financial and management reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Prepare budget and forecasts, monthly review of performances and provide analysis to optimize profitability.

• Liaise with external auditor and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.

• Coordinate with HQ and outsourced service provider on reporting and statutory filing matters.

• Liaise with Bankers for all banking matters in Bangkok.

• Review policies and procedures, initiate and drive continuous process, internal controls & system improvements.

Qualifications 

• Thai national, age not over 38 years old.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed.

• Possess CPD license and able to close and sing off account.

• Good or Fluent in English communication skill.

• Knowledge on VAT, corporate tax and withholding tax requirements.

• Background from Co-Working Space / Real Estate / other service industries will be an advantage.

• Experience reporting to Singapore as HQ will be preferable.

More information

Base Salary: Up to 80K / Month (Open to discuss for a qualified candidate)

Working days: Mon – Fri (09:00 - 18:00 hrs. – Flexible working hours)
