  • Bachelor's degree Accounting
  • 2 years experiences in AR
  • Proficient in Thai and English


Location of Work:  Park Ventures Ecoplex Building / The Parq

Key Responsibilities

The role responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

  • Verifying data as detail of revenues to ensure that all billings are accuracy before issuing the billings
  • Responsible for issuing the invoices, credit note and ensure it is accurate and updated.
  • Processing for billing and collection as per company policy.
  • Reconcile revenue, accounting receivable, deposit and other related documents.
  • Prepare appropriate supporting documents, verify and recording receive transaction before issuing tax invoice/ receipt.   
  • Perform administrative tasks for billing, collecting and finance and accounting tasks at operation site.
  • Communicate & follow up effectively with other departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assign from supervisor to support operation team and improve finance and accounting efficiency.


  • Bachelor's degree Accounting.
  • Male and Female Thai Nationality age 25-30 years old with at least 2 years experiences in AR functions and experience in Real Estate business or Retail business and SAP will be advantage.  
  • Willing to learning for understanding and apply for practical
  • Attention to details and the ability to handle high volume of billings and collection  
  • Logical thinking, problem solving and initiative for tasks improvement
  • Able to work with plenty of transaction in timeline   
  • Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
  • Proficient in Thai and English (spoken and written) will be advantage.
