Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance full functions in such as AP, AR, GL
• Manage month and end-year process, Accounts payable/receivable, Payroll and utilities, Treasury, budgeting, Cash forecasting, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, Capital assets reconciliation, Debt activity and Tax related.
• Overseeing the daily the construction project payment, NPV, IRR, ROI and ROE.
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements and see the possibility of project movement.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coaching and give supervisor team member when need.
