  • Good command of communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPD license
  • Able to work independently in a team environment



  • Thai national, male or female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPD license
  • Experience: 5 years accounting experience
  • Good command of communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office and accounting programs
  • Knowledge of tax forms and processing is preferred, 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and consistently able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To obtain a high level of knowledge of the in-house accounting processes and systems (Xero)
  • To be able to execute the smooth and timely update of all group company’s accounting data and reporting.
  • Assist in accounting/financial analysis and reporting
  • Prepare end of year accounts for all group companies and liaise with auditors to ensure all submissions are made accurately and timely.
  • Payroll calculation and personal vat / Social Security submission
  • Coordinate with other staff to support company activities as required
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports as required.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Completed and submission for closing of financial statement yearly end (CPD license)
  • Monitor accounting controls of all companies
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures to streamline tasks.
  • Guides other accounting and clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions and always encouraging others
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups (google drive, etc.)
  • Ensure that relationships with colleagues and customers is always done politely and in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure sufficient coverage of tasks in the event of absence or holidays
